Pascui Rivas is an Argentine-American director based in Los Angeles. He has directed and edited commercials for major brands like Toyota, T-Mobile, and Honda, featuring stars such as Sofia Vergara, John Cena, and The Muppets. He also directed the global soccer documentary Ordinary Gods and co-created the docuseries Phenoms, both for Disney/Fox. Pascui’s work has earned accolades at prestigious festivals such as Cannes, Tribeca, Santa Barbara, and Shanghai, as well as major Hispanic events like LAILFF and NYILFF/HBO. He was also named “Best Hispanic Director” by El Ojo de Iberoamérica. Before directing professionally, he worked for a plumbing company; sold ice-cream on a bicycle, and paid for his studies by teaching English as a Second Language in Argentina.
